Lightroom is one of the most powerful and versatile programs for organizing, processing, and outputting your images.
Your images are ready to be shown, now it's time to make a portfolio, magazine, or book. The book module in Lightroom is just the ticket. We'll talk about curating your images to create the best flow.
However, there's more to creating a photography book than inserting photos into a template. Before we dive into the module, we'll cover these topics:
Before You Start - What's the End Game? Let's do some research & discovery.
The Planning Stage - Where can you look for inspiration, how do you create an outline of your concept, and then figure out the best image flow with steps to self-editing.
The Design, this is where we'll dive into Lightroom. We'll figure out how to assess book size, cover style & paper type. What fonts and other stylistic choices are there and then complete the package with title, spine, inside cover, and back cover.
Going to Print - Let's make sure we proofread our work, get the file ready to send the printer, and discuss doing a color or press check.
This workshop is the last of a four-part online Lightroom series. When you register for one workshop, you will receive a coupon for $20 off each subsequent Lightroom workshop in the series. Two workshops left to receive the discount - Print & Book.
