For this annual program, established color blocks continued to be in use for cohesiveness across materials. Each year the colors would change, but the layout stayed the same - the goal was for clients to easily recognize this invitation due to the importance of its content. Whether you received the invitation in the mail, email, or saw it on LinkedIn, the RSVP & confirmation were all set-ups through automation in Salesforce.
Usage: direct mail, social media & email.
Offset tri-fold direct mail invitation where the top fold "open" just covered the bottom fold "house."
Eight office locations held open houses, the invitation only required schedule panel to be customized and date changes at the top. With the cover being the same for all, invitations were printed in one job.
Email & social post contained the direct link to the RSVP system.
