Conceptual logo for new Mexican restaurant.
The initial concept for the logo feature "Mama Maria," the owner/model. Once complete, and as much as she loved it, she decided to go with a more simplistic version. We had a ball creating this fun piece of art.
Original photo. Step one, small color change, slightly elongating the neck and smoothing skin. Step two, creating flawless skin.
Step three, desaturated the color and creating a painterly feel to image. Step four, removed detail, added texture and fixed the hanging bracelet!
Final version.
